Lost Packages
We do everything we can to make sure your order arrives safe and sound. If your package goes missing in transit, just email us at [email protected] with your order number and any details you have and we’ll get on it straight away.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please send us an email at [email protected] with photos of the damaged items or packaging.
Once we’ve reviewed the info, we’ll sort a replacement or refund for you ASAP.
