What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay with Apple Pay, Paypal or Google Pay at checkout.
Can i change my payment details?
Yes!. Just log into your account, go to Manage Subscription, and update your payment details at any time.
When will i be charged for my order?
You’ll be charged as soon as you place your trial order. After that, your subscription renews every 28 days and you’ll be charged automatically on your renewal date.
How can I ensure my new payment details are updated and processed correctly?
After updating your payment details, we can confirm transactions have gone through successfully if you receive a confirmation message. If in doubt, feel free to reach out to ensure everything is in order.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your order will not be processed until payment is successful. The system will retry automatically, and you can manually update your card details to avoid delays.
