Yes. 

You can cancel easily anytime through your customer account. 

• Under Quiz Bundle, click Manage this bundle 
• Scroll down and click Cancel subscription
• Choose to Pause (for a fixed period of time) or Cancel
• Select cancellation reason
• Click No thanks - cancel subscription

In the event that you are unable to login or access your account, drop us an email at [email protected] and we can cancel it for you. 

If you’ve already received an order confirmation, it may be too late to cancel that specific order. If this is the case please email [email protected] asap and we will endeavour to assist with the cancellation of the order.

Please note that you’ll still be charged for any items that are despatched before we receive your cancellation request.

Once your order arrives, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange. In this case, customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs.
